1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The purchase contract is concluded through the customer's order and the delivery of the goods. The author of the offered software products and contractual partner of the customer is:

2. GENERAL NOTES

The essential features of the offered software are described on the author's website (https://www.vw-software.com) and in the program documentation included with each program. Additionally, each program can be downloaded and tested with limited functionality free of charge before purchase.


3. DELIVERY

For prepayment, your goods will be dispatched within two working days after receipt of payment. For cash on delivery, delivery will be made within two working days after your order.

When shipped by post, the goods are handed over to Deutsche Post AG for transport, and the actual delivery date is determined by adding the transit time of the postal route.


4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Due to the personalized data enabling the activation of software, it is not suitable for return and refund. Therefore, returns of the software are not possible (see § 312d BGB, para. 4). Orders of the software are final. You have the opportunity to thoroughly test the software before purchasing and obtain further information from the author if needed.


5. WARRANTY

Statutory warranty rights apply.


6. LIABILITY

The author of the offered software products is not liable for damages to software, hardware, or financial losses resulting from the use of the programs unless they result from grossly negligent or intentional actions of the author, his assistants, or legal representatives.

The author is fully liable for damages to the health, body, or life of the user. Likewise, he is liable for the violation of obligations that are of particular importance for achieving the purpose of the contract (cardinal obligations).


7. DATA PROTECTION

The data you enter during the ordering process will be stored for business transactions and maintaining customer relationships. This data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Upon the customer's request, complete and free information about the stored data concerning the customer can be provided at any time.
